2.  Mobile Application Usage

· The Chat500MG App is installed on user devices (Android and iOS) provided or approved by the organization.

· User authentication and access are managed by the organization's configured servers.

· The App acts as a secure interface to access organization-hosted communication systems.

3.  Information We Collect
3.1 Information Collected by the App

Depending on configuration by your organization, the App may collect:

· Account information (e.g., name, email, phone number)

· Profile information (e.g., display name, avatar)

· Device information (e.g., device type, OS version)

· Messages, files, and media are processed within the App

· Stored only on the organization's servers, not by Chat500MG

Optional analytics services may be used to monitor app performance, usage patterns, and diagnostics. These can be configured or disabled by the organization.

c. Push Notification Services:

The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging notification service to deliver communication alerts.

These third-party services may process limited technical data strictly necessary to provide their respective functionalities.

7.  Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the App. However:

· Security of data stored on self-hosted servers is the responsibility of the organization operating Chat500MG.

· Users should contact their organization for data access or deletion requests.

8.  Permissions We May Request

The App may request access to the following permissions depending on features enabled by your organization:

· Camera (for video calls or profile photo)

· Microphone (for audio/video calls)

· Photos / Files (for attachments)

· Notifications (for message and call alerts)

9.  Data Retention

· Chat500MG does not retain user communication data.

· Data retention policies are controlled by the organization hosting the service.

10.  White-Label Service

Chat500MG may be provided as a white-label solution:

· The App and platform may be branded and customized for individual organizations.

· In such cases, the organization remains fully responsible for data handling, privacy practices, and compliance.

11.  Licensing Model

· Chat500MG is offered on an annual licensing basis to organizations.

· Licensing terms do not affect user data ownership or privacy responsibilities, which remain with the organization.
